The product is applicable to the white profile standard GB/T8814-2004 (unplasticized polyvinyl chloride PVC-U profile for doors and windows) and the color profile standard JGJ/T263-2010 (unplasticized polyvinyl chloride color profile for building doors and windows);
The series size of the product is 70mm; the seal is two-way (inside and outside); thus forming a separate and independent chamber—a drainage chamber (equal pressure) and a heat preservation chamber (closed);
The interior cavity of the main profile (frame and fan) consists of five cavities, including one drainage cavity and reinforced steel cavity respectively, and three air cavities. The heat insulation coefficient of the profile is further improved K = 1.4W (m2⋅K).
According to the requirements of the product standard, the level is divided: high weather resistance index: Class S (artificial aging time), which is 6000 hours. Excellent low temperature impact resistance: Class Ⅱ (dropping weight height) 1500mm. The wall thickness index of high-grade profiles: (visible surface wall thickness) Class A ≥2.8mm;
The optimal mechanical design provides a stable basis for ensuring the performance of the profile and prolonging the service life; the unified wide inlaid feet are convenient for splicing and connection to increase the robustness. In particular, the enhanced design greatly improves the wind pressure resistance of the window, up to 6KPa, which has been reflected in the project.
